REAL TIME OBSERVATIONS GMT OBSID ----------------------------------------------------------------- 3 fids, 5 stars 1517 2523 Notes from 9 am meeting ------------------------ OPS: Passes 4 over the last day(s) Dumps current Data loss Data processed to the CDR from the pass at 024/1200 was corrupted. Data were received at the next support. We were unable to complete an SSR playback during the 025/0515 support. We added a support and successfully received the data. Load is good -> 027/2354 CAPs 780 - Disable dither, enable momentum monitor, enable auto unloading. 781 - Recover from bright star hold 675 - Enable SCS 107. Next passes 2315, 0810 MP: We completed the HST simultaneous observation successfully. The JAN28 load has clean continuity and goes to FD this AM. We have reincorporated the Cas A observation in FEB04. S/C: Yesterday's bright star hold was caused by a long maneuver in a direction the gyros are not well calibrated. The recovery went well, with some minor procedural wording issues found. These are being worked. As a followup, we will monitor future loads to detect suspect maneuvers of this type until we uplink the new gyro scale factor matrix. ASVT is now ready to test the new scale factor fix. The gyros are working fine. The GRETA 1.2 regression test was successfully completed, and we are planning for its promotion to operation. GOT: - DATA: - SOT: Proton rates are low. There was a long duration C class flars yesterday at 0300, but no CME reported (Note that we reported it yesterday as being on 23 Jan in error). We see a CME in the LASCO images at ~023/0400, but it was not earth directed. There is a low chance of a CME arriving within 96 hrs and a low chance of M or X class flares in the next 48 hours.
