NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS July 4 and 5 are both TRW holidays, so the OCC will be on weekend staffing for the next four days. From the 9am status meeting: Four supports over the last 24 hours, no issues. One load segment uplinked, on-board loads good until 188:14:22. One more load segment will complete JUL0102B. JUL0802C products out for email review today, require ACA, CCDM, and CM responses only. Flight Director CCB yesterday approved loading the new IRU gyro scale factor calibration constants. The uplink and on-board verification, and backout if necessary, will be scheduled for a 10 hour period on July 16/17. Air conditioning will be off Jul 4 through as long as the 7th, for Draper Facilities work. PC's in outer offices will be turned off, but HEAD computers will remain up. Star selection and aspect camera working group meeting today at 10am. Paul Goulart has served at least 3 tours on the Chandra Flight operations team; being an intern with the original launch team and supporting flight dynamics and attitude determination, as a consultant during his studies in England, and returning full time to the engineering team developing mission planning tools. In all these "slots" he has made extremely valuable contributions developing MATLAB analysis and display tools including a star viewer, OR viewer, maneuver constraint checker, and especially the development and naming of our Simple Axaf User Selected Acquisition and Guide star Editor. These tools are essential to our effort-effective success in achieving a highly efficient mission scheduling process. Today is his last day before leaving more permanently to get married and pursue further studies. Congratulations, best wishes, and Thanks, Paul.
