Radiation levels are high. Soft protons running at 6,000 to 7,000 and are flat. Accumulated total fluence is over 2.0e09, but we are observing with HRC for most of the rest of the orbit so we SHOULD remain below the 3.0e09 limit. X4 flare earlier today will affect us somewhat later on in week CME arrives--possibly late Wednesday, July 24rd. No COMM this shift (See note 1).
