The M1.4 flare at 03:46 UTC had a faint full halo CME first observed in LASCO C3 images at 05:18 UTC. GOES x-ray flux is presently low. There was a brief spike associated with the M flare. High probablility of CME to impact earth within 96 hours. Moderate probability of M and X class flares within the next 48 hours.
