RADIATION SUMMARY ----------------- Solar soft proton flux is Moderate and rising. Significant solar activity yesterday: Solar flare activity was low yesterday. CMEs reported for past two days: November 22-23 - No obviously geoeffective CMEs noted. November 24 - A large halo CME was observed as early as 18:36 UTC. It quickly became a partial halo CME and could even be a full halo. Earth may be impacted in one or two days. It was accompanied by a solar x-ray event, and an increase in background in the HRC detector during obsid 2560.
