Currently performing ACIS-I obsid 2540, an observation of the star forming region NGC 2264. ACE EPAM P3 rates continue to be very low (~20) while the Costello index Kp continues to be elevated at ~4.0. There were some small solar events over the weekend but none appear to be serious from a Chandra radiation standpoint. The outlook is for the continued slight chance of a major flare from Region 162, with generally decreasing geomagnetic/near-earth solar wind activity over the next few days.
