The GOES proton radiation environment is quiet. ACE 2 hr fluence is 2.0e5 vs. threshold 3.6e8. CRM-based orbital fluence is 9.2e8 vs. threshold 3.0e9. Chandra is in the magnetosphere. SCS 107 autonomously ran on Chandra during realtime comm, at 107:2036 UT, due to high EPHIN P4GM rates. SCS 107 ran correctly. The P4GM rates were high for the current radbelt entry, and also for the previous radbelt entry, possibly due to electron contamination of the EPHIN P4GM channel. A radiation replan telecon was held at 2100 EDT. It was decided to resume the science mission after the exit from radiation tomorrow morning. Plan A is to resume science with obsid 04190 immediately after radiation exit. Plan B is to resume science with obsid 04191, about 9 hours later. FOT MP is working on replan products, and expects to have them out by 8pm EDT tonight, with a load review telecon scheduled for 10pm EDT tonight, on 305 503 1818, pin 421. Momentum management shows no problems with excess accumulated momemtum for either of the A or B replans. 3) Quick Look data review (OK unless noted): Seq # ObsID Constr.
