NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS From the 9am status meeting: Three supports over the last 24 hours. No issues. On-board loads good until 026:22:44. Comments via email have been received for the JAN2703B loads. There will be a "sit-down" review at 2pm today, note change in time due to FOT Web roll-out at 1pm, and the cancellation of this week's Flight Director Board. First eclipse will be at 16:25 today. It is an 8--10 min penumbral eclipse, for which we are taking no special action. CAP reviews at 10am today. CAP 833 for turning off convolutional encoding to study spacecraft timing, and Contingency CAP for eclipse season. ACIS was relatively warm at AOS, the CTI measurement may not be useful. Then it cooled quite a bit, from -118.1 to -119.5, just at perigee passage. The DSS-34 support at 023:1320 was extended 40 minutes to 15:00. The transmitter had to be turned on manually following the shutdown in the stored load.
