MP: The FEB0303A load products will be outthis morning. There is an eclipse at ~2330 UTC. The next observation is obs2924, a cycle 3 target; these are being given high priority to get them cleaned up. S/C: Rino reports a discrepancy between the prediction he gets from his tools and the actual readings on solar panel cooling during an eclipse. In the last eclipse, the cooling was 13 F, vs. expected 3 F. We have various stories on why this is happening. We are investigating. At the moment there is no concern, but we need better predictions. GOT/IST: - DATA:- SOT: GOES x-ray flux: No significant x-ray activity today. MEETINGS -------- We had a CAP review after the 9 0'clock: CAP 820, Disable Angular Momentum Unloading Logic in the Onboard Flight Program.
