NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS An unexpected power outage and UPS failure around 12:30pm EDT yesterday brought down the OCC and all machines and processes. Back up around 8:30pm EDT last night. ACA and HRC EGSE have been restarted and are processing real-time data, following yesterday's power outage. The Flight Director's CCB yesterday approved the New Eclipse Handling Plan and Patch Approval, the Summer 2003 Eclipse Plan, and Recertification of the Safe Mode Response SOP. From the 9am status meeting: Two supports over the last day. Missed a pass during the power outage, SSR rolled over to B and no data was lost. We are back on side A as of this morning's pass. On-board loads are good until 181:01:32, which is the end of the JUN2303C week. Because machines were down for the 3.9.3 install, we don't expect JUL0703A products out until Tuesday, for a Wednesday review. Note that Friday July 4 is a holiday, so schedule is tight for approval. The observation at 175deg pitch proceeded with no thermal impacts. Current observation at 171 deg pitch is staying below 25 deg C. We autonomously switch to the B-side HRMA SEA if temperatures reach 30 deg. IRU A1 current took a discrete jump up to ~157ma, but is not noisy. Will be testing ASVT safemode recovery procedures, following a swap to the B-side. Today is expected to be debugging, a run-for-record will be later. There is a problem with NRT data capture under ONLS 3.9.3. This is thought to be just a configuration file; debug will continue after the current pass. This is preventing data flow to the CXC. There is a workaround for the commanding problem reported yesterday. Diagnosis of root cause is continuing. Quick look data: OBSID Target Time Comment ----- ------ -------------- ------- No new quick looks. Playback data had still not been flowing to CXC. At 14:18 Jen Lauer reports: "The GOT has resolved the dump data issue, and the first post-EHS upgrade file is being ftp'ed over to us now." ------------------------------------------------------- Dan Schwartz, MS #3 das@head-cfa.harvard.edu phone: (617)495-7232 FAX: (617)495-7356 cell phone: (617)512-5627 pager: 877-693-7198 PIN 693-7198 or e-mail 6937198@archwireless.net -------------------------------------------------------
