This plan however was never carried out. As COMM was established Paul P. quickly noticed that the SIM had moved HRC-S and that the DPA [A/B] input currents were reading within their yellow low limits, indicative of an SCS107 event. It was also soon noted that the EPHIN rates were reading approx. 3 times the trip levels associated with the E1300 and P4 channels. We soon verified that this was in fact a RADMON trip of SCS107 and the loads had been stopped at approximately 128:2008, at the end of OBSID 4063. A radiation telecon was held and a replan is now underway to resume science after exit from radiation tommorow morning. The observation of Sco X-1 (OBSID 3505) was lost due to this event. We believe this event may have been caused by "puffed up" radiation belts on perigee ingress; the trip occured approx. 13 hours before perigee. The E150 rates were reading in excess of 10^5, most likely contaminating the P4 channel but this was an elevated electron environment nontheless.
