NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS From the 9am status meeting: Two supports over the past day. Three discrepancy reports for the DSS-16 pass: wrong sweep rate; wrong bandwidth setting; an exciter problem prevented commanding, corrected by swapping exciter. All problems corrected and operational requirements were met. (At some time in the future, our SOE file will be used by the station to automatically load settings.) The MAY2603A loads were approved yesterday! Will get Flight Director sign-off this morning. A momentum dump will be needed early in the JUN0203 week. IRU presentation should be ready and sent out this morning. Project-wide telecon 1pm EDT tomorrow. Yesterday's ASVT testing of short and medium eclipse scenarios was successful. Will run Normal Sun Mode and penumbral eclipses tomorrow. IRU testing had a problem with the CPE model: it read all zeros after the swap, so the solar array drove in the wrong direction. It is thought this is a bug in the new CPE model -- the old model will be re-installed for re-testing today, and the new model debugged. Project-wide ACIS contamination telecon will be at 2:30pm EDT today 405-244-5060 1165# Summary of yesterday's radiation zone telecon: We will continue rad-zone entry activities 12h15m before perigee on entry for the week of JUN0203. We will meet next week, Tues, 3pm EDT, to discuss the approach for JUN0903. We should proceed with the padtime reduction for egress only. We discussed approaches for recovering observing time in case the present situation persists.
