candidate for identification with the optical system KUV 01584-0939
which is a candidate double-degenerate binary with a 10 minute period.

Three supports, no problems, 1 segment uplinked, on-loads good until

Doing CAP 891 during this morning pass. Will update the IRU-2
calibration. 
OCT0503A products out for review.  Load review telecon at 2pm today. 
There are some known problems which will require a B load.
