On-board loads good until 279:13:00. The HRC IPI/CXC team met yesterday to review the -Y shutter anomaly. They note that there are no HRC mechanisms operations through the OCT0503B week, but that there is a coordinated observation in OCT1303 at which time the door will be opened. Team is considering the possibility of always keeping the HRC door open after that move, at least until the anomaly is thoroughly understood, and potentially for the mission duration. They need some further electrical engineering analysis of the schematics to identify possible part failures which would cause the failure to select the -Y motor.
