S/C: The EPHIN capability patch is onboard; we're ready to use HRC if EPHIN fails. The fidlite loss reported yesterday was anormal occurrence; just that backstop didn't know about it. We changed obsid half way through because of teh ACIS undercover observation that confused things. We'll look into ways to prevent this in the future. Also, we need to inform OCC about this kind of situation in the future. The gyro bias jog seen yesterday, while high, was not the highest we have seen.
