NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS
From the 9am status meeting:
Three supports the past day. No issues, current on SSR dumps. Last
segment of FEB2304B was uplinked. On-board loads good until
60:07:03. 
The MAR0104 schedule changed the earth pointing time slightly, so the
exact pointing direction had to be iterated. Products are planned to
be out by 10am today so that the load review will be at 2pm.
