observation, then obsid 4713, part of a series of ACIS-S observations
of the Sculptor dwarf spheroidal galaxy to study the binary X-ray
population and the duty cycle of variability and transients.

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS
From the 9am status meeting:
Three supports in the past 24 hours. No problems; however there were
two data streams during the DSS-24 (Goldstone) pass this morning.
We are doing an ACIS undercover background observation. The HRC
(corner) is in the focal plane, but we are in format 2.
Products for the two week NOV0804 load are out this morning, for a
load review today at 4pm on #1165.
Other meetings:
      Today at 10am, action room and #1159, Discussion of EPHIN
      thermal model and decision on mission planning guidelines.

      Today at 2pm, Flight director board, Rino will present plans for
      the upcoming Lunar eclipse. No action is required for Chandra.

      Tomorrow at 11am, action room and (405) 244-5060 pin # 1159,
      preliminary briefing on the propellant line cooling issues.

FOT is seeing dropouts of the MUPS 2B thermistor. Excursions to -30
deg, recovers, repeats, and recovers. This behaviour has previous been
seen on the 2A thermistor.
