S/C: There was an apparent momentary drop in EPHIN supply voltage. It may be caused by a TLM data drop. We are investigting the several prop line T violations - becoming more frequent over past months. The turnon T for the heater seems to be decreasing 20 - 30 degrees over the mission. It only happens when the tail side is toward the Sun, pitch>170. We will be discussing this with the West Coast and analyzing further. We don't want the prop line to get so cold that it freezes.
