Unfortunately, it appears that large fluctuations in the E150 channel were keeping the P4 channel rates close to the trigger level. We decide NOT to execute CAP 939. 1) Detailed Timeline GMT 259:03:00 AOS on DSS- 259:03:01 ACE 112-187 keV proton rate is 23,000 and falling very slowly. GOES P4 predictor indicates that EPHIN P4 should be about 150. 259:03:03 OC/CC start SSR playback 259:03:08 EPHIN P4=2482.0, P41=0.0, E1300=1.7 altitude = 62969A WHOA ! The P4 rates are really high. Let's give it some time to see if we are on the fringes of the belts.
