RADIATION SUMMARY ----------------- Solar soft proton flux is low (http://www.srl.caltech.edu/ACE/ASC/) Significant solar activity: Nothing unusual based on referring to alternate sites, since the usual site is down. CMEs reported for past two days: None seen in NRL LASCO C1 images through 20 July 0442 UTC. Primary NASA web site is down. The products are now released as of 9:10 am for review at 2:00 pm. We are at a low pitch angle, getting thermal conditions ready for high pitch angle operations, balancing thruster cooling for momentum unloding against keeping the proplines warm enough. S/C: The next eclipse will be tonight. Yesterday during ecllipse we had a momentary battery out of limit condition. This should not havwe been reported since it is not an issue. We will fix the ground monitoring file so this is no longer reported in EPS submode. There will be a Sim next week, starting Tuesday 7/26/05 9:30 am and running through Wednesday. All teams are to participate in this semiannual Sim, including SOT, NASA and the West Coast - both instrument teams too. GOT/IST: There will be an EHS password change tomorrow at ~noon, handled by George. Construction work is ongoing in the break room and the Ladies room. DATA: - SOT: Goes X-ray flux - Quiet today. Flux is in the A range, quite low. The primary sec.noaa.gov website is down. The dxlc website is also down. Alternate sites were consulted. MEETINGS -------- FOT Manager's Wednesday meeting previously conducted by Leon is canceled for today. Dan Shropshire, our new FOM (congratulations, Dan!) will schedule at a new time.
