PLAN ---- Perform gravity gradient maneuver, then egress CTI, which finish the MAY1005A load. Then start running load May1305B, the ToO interrupt load. Perform the two observations previously scheduled, obsid 5443, an HRC-S/LETG ToO monitoring observation of the transient supersoft X-ray binary RXJ0513.9-6951 during a long X-ray on state; and obsid 5475, an ACIS-S/HETG slow ToO observation of GX 339-4 during the radio-loud low/hard state. Then do obsid 5839, the fast HRC-S/LETG ToO for which the load was interrupted, to search for absorption lines from otherwise undetected baryons in the local universe. No comm this shift. EPH temp 87.33 degF NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS "On Day 132 at the 12:50 Pass, the CC was executing CAP 648BE to perform the monthly ephemeris update. Per CAP 648BE, command load FR_EPHUP_67.cld was buffered with 23 commands, when CC issued the command to uplink the buffer another load was sent. The other load that was sent was GYRO_B_SAFE_MUX7.CLD." From the 9am status meeting: Three supports over the past day, no issues. CAP 648BE was run for the monthly ephemeris update. It was not successful, with the problem noted above. Following discussion, we have implemented a new procedure for uploading whereby the OC calls the GOT and verifies the name of and number of commands in the command load. (This may be temporary, based on the analysis currently in progress to explain the anomaly.) At the 133:0050 pass, CAP962 was run to clear the B-side memory buffer. In the process of running this CAP a no-op command was sent. However, for the given state of OBC-B only commands to load the memory from the buffer or to clear the buffer are legal commands, so the no-op command generated a command log error and cleared the buffer. The latter was the desired outcome of the CAP, but we now need to reset the error limits on the B-side command error log to 2. Then CAP 961 was successfully run to replace the MAY1005A loads with the MAY1305B loads containing the fast ToO obsid 5839. On-board loads are good until 135:22:00. The MAY1305B ToO loads incorporate the entire MAY1605 week of commanding. The ACE soft solar protons showed two very small events over the past day. This may be the response to the full halo CME at 131:2013. Moderate solar activity is expected over the weekend, with "a slight chance for a major or proton-producing flare." Glass doors for the conference room have arrived, expected to be installed today. Construction of the new stair tower entrance and deconstruction of the end of the building will be taking place.
