EPH temp 90.56 degF NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS From the 9am status meeting: Three supports over the last day. Problem with DSS-16, no ranging available, suspect a switch is bad. Last segment of OCT1705B was uplinked, on-board loads good until 297:03:00. Working on OCT3105 loads. There is an issue with two phase constrained observations, which cannot be done unless the time constraint is relaxed or an EPHIN waiver obstained. Lunar eclipse plan for Nov 1 was approved at the FD CCB yesterday. Note that the Leonids are not expected to be an issue this year, and no action is planned.
