actually, this is the end of B16 and the transition to A17

Spacecraft Activities:

- GMT 219:22:48, they are experiementing with different playback rates
of the SSR, CAP 182; unfortunately, this will interrupt the realtime
TLM briefly.  We convinced TST lead to wait until after our bias maps
were done to run this test.
