FUTURE PLANNING:
- LATE BREAKING NEWS, ACIS will warm up to -50 C before the ACC opens,
this will DELAY THE ACC OPENING.  So, partial bakeout to -50 C at
GMT 223:10:00 and the ACC opening will begin at 223:14:25


Detailed Notes:

Picking up from Yousaf's two previous shifts, we are running the
'Orbital Background with Door Open' procedure.
The 3rd science run of the procedure had to be split in two because of
the switch back from OBC-B to OBC-A.  So the 3rd science run of the
procedure is actually the 3 and 4th science run of the executed procedure.
