Spacecraft Activities - We opened the HRMA Sunshade Door !!! - PCAD and ACA did several maneuvers to check out the acquistion of guide stars Day 224 17:57 ordnance enabled 17:59 positive verification that sunshade door is open !!!! 18:04 change to FMT 2, pressure is 6e-6 Torr, initial pointing direction is RA = 79.93 (5h 19m 43.2s) DEC = -60.73. 22:02 Stop science, this stops the science run with OBSID 62569 which was left running from the HRMA FCM measurement FP Temp = -90 C, altitude is ~ 130,000 km OBSID 62568 224:19:08 Start science 224:22:02 Stop science we think we are at RA = 95.04, DEC = -64.4. There is a fairly bright source (0.25 c/s) about 4 arcminutes off-axis. OBSID 62567 224:23:00 Start science 224:23:50 Stop Science We start this run but the ACA and PCAD folks are very slow gettin their manuever going, so we stop and restart our run so that our biases get done during the slew. OBSID 62695 224:23:55 Start science 225:01:42 Stop science We think we should be pointing at the galaxy IRAS Z06229-6434 buuuuut, the source is actually outside the FOV. OBSID 62566 225:01:44 Start science This is an ACA nudge mode test. The above mentioned source is actually moved through the FOV for part of the ACIS data acquistion.
