ACIS activities

- HRC was in FMT 1 collecting data on their cal source so we foolishly
started a run which computed bias, it took many hours to get the bias
down
- completed the above run, delta overclocks were as high as 25 on some
chips so we restarted the run, delta overclocks were then +-2
- watched daily load kicked off an do OBSID 214
