There were a couple of plots where you could have inferred that information. Nevertheless, I have just made a simple plot that will easily demonstrate Chandra's altitude during this time period. If you go to http://asc.harvard.edu/acis/radbelt/ click on the "Chandra' Altitude versus Time on Day 286" link (near the bottom). From this plot, you can easily see that between 286.4 and 286.5, Chandra went from ~7.15x10^4 km to ~5.25x10^4 km. Hope this helps.
