On behalf of the Science Organizing Committee we want to inform the
community that, due to difficulties encountered with the abstract submission 
system,  the conference deadline has been extended to Aug 11.  We urge 
people to submit their abstracts.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION 
OF ABSTRACT RECEIPT WITHIN 24 HOURS THEN WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED 
YOUR ABSTRACT.

The Conference dates are:
Sept 16-18, 2003

Huntsville, Al.

Conference will be modeled along lines of the "Two Years of Science
with Chandra" meeting held in Washington DC in September 2001.
