mtl_build_gti 

	- recompiled and linked without the Optimize switch
        in order to provide a quick fix to a Linux Redhat 
	runtime issue.  Verified OK on Solaris & Slackware.

dmgti 

	- tested script tool dmgti.  It calls mtl_build_gti and 
	was tested to verify the quick fix to above tool.
