Note that CIAO 2.2.0.1 was a patch, not a full release.

ChiPS

	- Fixed problem that prevented direct plotting of ARF, RMF, or
          PHA files.  This was also visible from PRISM. 

mkrmf

	- (Linux) Fixed behavior where the tool would crash unless the
	  full path name for the weights file was provided.
	- Fix the HDUCLASS keywords
	- Quiet some of the extra warning messages

mkarf / mkgarf / mkgrmf / mkinstmap / mkexpmap

	- (Linux) Fix for problems with specifying parameters on the 
	  command line.
