Processing status of CSC 2.0
Release 2.0 of the Chandra Source Catalog (CSC) was made available to the community on October 24 2019. More details of the catalog are available on the about the CSC page, and the data (both columns and files) can be accessed:
- From the command line, with the CSCview application;
- From a web page, with the Simple CSC Search interface;
- interactively, with the WorldWide Telescope;
- or with more-specialised interfaces, based on International Virtual Observatory Alliance standards, which are described on the download page.
Please see the Caveats and Limitations page if you used CSC 2.0 data prior to the October 24 2019 release, as values or files may have changed during the final validation and verification stage before the full release.
