Data Distribution to Designated Observers
The data distribution policy has been slightly modified. Notification of the data products' being available from the web/ftp used to be sent to the PI only. Effective 2000-12-01 this notification will also be sent to the Designated Observer, if such a person has been selected. Note that Designated Observers are appointed by proposal, not individual observations. The physical medium is still sent only to the PI.
