New Composition of Primary and Secondary packages

We have improved the composition of the primary and secondary data products packages. The "primary" package is leaner but more complete: The primary package contains all that is needed to analyze the Level-2 data files (in particular, the event list). The secondary package contains all that is needed to regenerate the L2 data products.
