Retiring Chaser on 04-01-2013
2013-02-26
You may (or may not) have noticed that WebChaser now has acquired capabilities that, so far, had only been available in classic Chaser: lists of positions, search ranges, access to supported products (and more). It also provides access to ERs.
That will make it possible to retire the classic stand-alone tool which is currently scheduled for 1 April 2013 (no, not a joke). It's maintenance has become too costly.
This would be a good time to check out WebChaser's new features, whether or not you are still a classic Chaser user. If you don't know what classic Chaser is, so much the better - you don't have anything to worry about; if you still use it, consider life without it - it may be easier.
