Extension of Chandra Cycle 13 Deadline for PIs based in Japan

In view of the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan, the Chandra
Cycle 13 proposal deadline is extended for 1 week (until Tuesday March
22 - 6:00PM EDT), ONLY for proposals submitted by Principal
Investigators based in Japan. If you are likely to avail yourself of
