APEC thermal plasma model.
XSpec model.
An emission spectrum from collisionally-ionized diffuse gas calculated
using the APEC code v1.3.1. Anyone using this model should consult the
Atomic Database (ATOMDB) website for details on this code.
Please note that there is no support in CIAO 3.2 for setting the APECROOT variable of the model. It is therefore not possible to change the files from which the atomic data is read.
